Pilates – Thursdays (11am-12pm)
The thought behind the Pilates movement is that the mental and physical health of a person are interrelated and work together as one.
There are six principles – concentration, control, centre, flow, precision and breathing. All designed to work your body and improve your state of mind.
These regular classes are held by Marie Dunn. Beginners are welcome.
Cost: £7.00 per class taken at half term intervals (usually in blocks of 6 or 7 weeks)
