MIXED MEDIA PAINTING Workshop FESTIVE FLOWERS and FOLIAGE

This creative festive workshop is suitable for beginners and intermediate level
enthusiasts.
Fully embrace the opportunity to create a mixed media painting of Christmas foliage,
flowers and berries such as holly, ivy and mistletoe, poinsettias, hellebores, cyclamen,
plus red, orange and white berries,
The workshop introduces you to some very quick but effective mixed media drawing &
painting techniques that will allow you to complete a painting that captures the magic
of this festive period.
After applying a background wash, you will use various paint methods to create depth,
texture and tone. As you develop and refine your painting you will apply a range of
drawing and mark making techniques using chalk pastels, drawing pencils and coloured
pencils.
Demonstrations and individual guidance are given by a qualified and experienced tutor
throughout this brilliant workshop to support you with your artwork.
