Get ready for an invigorating morning yoga session with Emily Farr of Lunar Yoga.
Emily graduated with a Contemporary Dance Degree in 2016, before travelling to India to complete 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. She set up Community Yoga classes in 2017 as Lunar Yoga.
During the pandemic, Emily completed courses online to become a Pre and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Mum & Baby Yoga instructor as well as Pilates Teacher! With her background in Dance, she also started Barre which consists of classical ballet moves with elements of Yoga & Pilates.
