Hypnobirthing Classes

The course is aimed at relieving tension and fear around birth and labour.

Confident Births Lancashire will deliver a comprehensive antenatal programme looking at the physiology of birth, relaxation, guided self imagery and looking at local maternity services and maternity birth rights.

The course is delivered in small groups to keep the class as interactive as possible and will be delivered over 2 days.

Price: £150 which includes access to handouts, KGH hypnobirthing book and lots of relaxation audio guides.
