Gentle Yoga with Willow
A super accessible and gentle yoga class that anyone can enjoy. These classes are very nurturing, grounding, restorative and slow paced. There is an emphasis on the breath, mindfulness, free thinking and meditation in movement. Bring your cosy socks and an open heart.
The classes are held every Friday, but we always recommend contacting Willow to double check classes are running before making a special journey.
