Mixed media painting Workshop with Suzanne Riley

HYDRANGEAS

This popular, creative and fun workshop is suitable for beginners and intermediate level enthusiasts.

The workshop introduces you to some very quick but effective mixed media drawing and surface pattern techniques that will allow you to complete a painting that captures the essence and beauty of hydrangeas.

After applying a background wash, you will use various paint methods to record a profusion of multi coloured hydrangea blooms.

As you develop and refine your painting you will apply a range of drawing and mark making techniques using coloured pencils, oil pastels, chalk pastels and fine black liner.

Demonstrations and individual guidance from a qualified and experienced tutor are given throughout this popular workshop to support you with your artwork.
