DESCRIPTION:This creative workshop is suitable for beginners and intermediate level enthusiasts. The workshop introduces you to some very quick but effective mixed media drawing and surface pattern techniques that will allow you to complete a painting that captures the essence and beauty of Daffodils, Forsythia and Pussy Willow!!\nAfter applying a background wash, you will use various paint methods to record a profusion of yellow springtime blooms. You will apply effective stencilling techniques to capture the lace effect wrapping paper and will apply a range of drawing and mark making techniques using coloured pencils and graphite. Demonstrations and individual guidance from a qualified and experienced tutor is given throughout this workshop to support you with your creative work. The variety of daffodils may differ slightly from the artwork shown subject to availability of the flowers.\nTIME: 10.30am – 4.30pm PRICE: £65 (includes a non – refundable deposit of £35 to secure your booking).
